How do you book with us?​

• All bookings are to be made by telephone : 01341 247 269

How long is your season?
 

• For holiday home ownership we are open 12 months, however we are a non residential park.

• For tourers, our seasons runs from the 14th February to the 4th of January.

• For caravan hire, we open from March = October.

How far away are you from public transport?​

• Tal-y-Bont train station is a 9 minute walk away from Islawrffordd site and the bus stop is a 15 minute walk away.

What is the cancellation policy?​

• We recommend taking out holiday insurance when booking with us as we do not offer refunds.

Am I able to hire out my holiday home?​

• Unfortunately holiday homes at Islawrffordd are to be used by owners and close family & friends only.

Is there a charge for Park Facilities?

• There is no charge for the use of the parks facilities.
